Purchased an ebook from Ebookoriginal and the download link expired within minutes of purchase. Two emails to support over ten days produced no reply at all, which matches other buyers' experiences noted on this page. I eventually accessed the file through my account area after much clicking around, and the content itself was passable though shorter than advertised. The product is fine; the complete lack of customer care is why I cannot rate higher.
