Positive Support From Roxy Despite Platform Issues

Roxy is always a very helpful person, and the platform should ideally have more people like her, but unfortunately that hasn’t been my overall experience here. I’m just waiting for my situation to be resolved so I can log out for good. I’ve spent too much due to a fake profile and improper behavior from a man here—you know what I mean.

Still, Roxy has always been great.

Poor Experience With Order and Customer Support

I had a very bad experience with this company. After making payment, my order was never delivered. I tried contacting them through their “Contact Us” page multiple times, but I received no response. Despite their claims of being easy to reach and responsive, they were essentially unreachable. I would not recommend buying from them.
