Low quality items and no returns honoured
Spent over seventy pounds on pride merchandise from All Things Rainbow Store and regret it. Two of four items arrived with printing defects, the fabric felt thinner than described, and when I requested an exchange within their stated window I was refused with a policy citation that contradicts their own FAQ. Support responses stopped after that. For a store trading on community goodwill, treating customers this way is especially poor form.
