Bought wool throw and home fragrance from Glenbotal. Photos set expectations fairly, actual colours slightly muted which I prefer. Delivery six days, boxed nicely. Throw sheds little fibre first week then settles. Fragrance strength moderate, lingers in small rooms. Hand-signed note added personal feel.

Matches the single existing warning review

PakDropify had exactly one review before my attempt, describing the worst service imaginable, and my experience regrettably corroborated it: parcels handed over for delivery disappeared into tracking limbo, customer responses took days between messages, and resolution required persistent escalation. Perhaps capacity issues explain the chaos rather than malice, but either way shipments entrusted here face genuine uncertainty. Better established logistics partners exist.
