Moved three client sites here after years of bouncing between big name hosts. Their migration team handled the transfers free of charge over a weekend with zero downtime that I could detect, and support tickets since have been answered by actual technicians who explain things rather than reading scripts. Uptime monitoring on my end shows 99.9 percent across eight months. The control panel is a bit dated visually and backups on the cheaper tier run weekly rather than daily, otherwise genuinely solid hosting.

They fixed my own ordering mistake generously

Ordered the giant axolotl plush from Kawaiies and accidentally selected the wrong size, entirely my error. Their team swapped it for the larger one anyway without charging the difference, which tells you everything about how they treat customers. The plush itself is enormous, squishy, and the stitching survived my dog's inspection. Shipping took twelve days internationally. Deducted one star only because initial dispatch felt slow before the swap.

Quality family shirts, slowish shipping

Ordered matching family shirts from Subin Family ahead of a reunion and the print quality genuinely impressed everyone, bright colours that survived the first wash without fading or cracking. Fabric is soft cotton, true to size for adults, though kids sizes ran slightly small. Shipping took around two weeks, longer than hoped but acceptable. One of five shirts had a loose thread trimmed easily. Would reorder for future events.

Happy with the service

Average experience overall. The sign-up experience eventually worked out but there were delays along the way. The overall service is fine when it works. Support did respond eventually. It is okay if you are patient, but manage your expectations.
