Well run trials day, honest feedback
My son attended a Pro11 trials day and came back buzzing. Registration beforehand was organised, the coaching staff gave each boy actual individual feedback rather than herding them through drills, and scouts were genuinely present watching matches. It is expensive for one day, hence not five stars, but compared to other pay-to-trial operations this one felt legitimate and professionally run. He has since been invited to a development centre.
