Wood selection proved beautiful, end-grain patterns unique per piece as promised, and recipients responded enthusiastically, several asking about sources afterward. Engraving execution clean and positioned precisely per proofs approved beforehand. Lead time stretched ten days beyond quoted window however with communication going quiet during the delay period until I prompted, frustrating given gifting deadlines involved. Products eventually justified patience and pricing sits fair for genuine artisan work. Order well ahead of occasions.
