crowdfused experience

Backed gadget via Crowdfused, delivery estimate slipped two weeks but updates transparent. Product works as demoed though manual sparse. Battery life matches claim first cycles. Support responded to setup query within a day. Steadier than expected for crowdfunding marketplace.

Beautiful watch, inconsistent service between orders

My first Marcus Store watch arrived quickly and is a stunning piece, classic design with modern finishing that gets compliments constantly. Encouraged, I ordered a second as a gift months later and that experience was the opposite: two weeks silence, wrong strap sent, replacement slow. Quality of the products themselves is never in question. Just be aware their service seems to vary wildly depending on the day.

Neutral beautiful design inconsistent service slow delivery wrong item sent good product quality
