Refrigerator arrived with deep scratches

I bought a refrigerator through AJ Madison and the delivery crew did arrive on time. They hauled it up my steps, but one of the doors has a deep scratch that appeared after the crew finished. The driver said the carton already looked damaged and would not write a report. I have sent photos to the retailer, but AM has not returned any calls.

Great service on a tight connection

Flew out of Seattle last week and the crew kept us informed the whole way. The gate agent rebooked us on the next flight without a fee. Only hiccup was the wifi kept dropping (still managed to finish an email). Overall a smooth experience.
