Compared to my recent experiences with other airlines I ve been very happy with Alaska s service and handling of issues during the COVID-19 crisis I had to rebook cancel flights with them a couple times and they accommodated me quickly and professionally I m a frequent traveler and will continue to give Alaska my business assuming they continue to offer good service

Alaska Airlines is a solid airline with extensive customer service Travel issues are bound to happen but when I fly with Alaska I know they will do the best they can to mitigate dissatisfaction Better than any other airline in terms of cancellations trip changes upgrades and general customer service
