Booking flights through Travelgenio mixed

Booking our flights through Travelgenio was a bit of a mixed bag. We got a decent price on our tickets to Lisbon, which was great. However, the website felt a little clunky during the booking process, and it wasn't entirely clear what the baggage fees would be until the very last step. The tickets were delivered correctly via email, but I had a question about seat selection and the customer service response took over 48 hours. It worked out in the end, but the experience felt a bit impersonal and could be smoother.

Booking trip through Travelgenio

Booking our trip through Travelgenio was a bit of a mixed bag. The website was easy enough to navigate and we found a decent flight deal to Lisbon. However, the customer service was frustrating. When we had a question about our seat selection, it took several emails and over 48 hours to get a clear answer. The trip itself went fine, but the lack of timely support left us anxious beforehand. It worked out, but Id probably shop around next time.

Okay perfect signed

**Okay, but not perfect.**

I signed up for Oneiptv to get more international channels. The channel selection is honestly huge, which is the main reason for the 3 stars. When it works, the picture quality is good.

The downside is the reliability. About once or twice a week, the stream will buffer or freeze for a few minutes, especially during prime time for popular sports or news channels. The EPG (TV guide) is also hit or misssometimes it's accurate, sometimes it's completely wrong or blank.

It's a decent service for the price if you're a casual viewer, but if you need 100% reliability, you might get frustrated. It does the job, but just barely.
