I paid this Dubai consultancy a large fee for a Canadian work pathway after their sales team promised everything would move within a year. Reality: my file sat untouched for over two years, my case officer changed three times without notice, and every status update I requested was met with silence or excuses about waiting on partners abroad. When I finally asked for a refund per their own agreement, they closed my case instead and told me the fee was non-refundable because I had breached terms nobody ever showed me. Please save your money and go directly to licensed immigration lawyers.
