This exchange suspended all withdrawals in mid-2023 citing a money laundering investigation involving user funds, and the situation has only darkened since. A US investor filed a federal lawsuit this year alleging more than eight million in deposits were diverted to wallets on another exchange without authorisation, and that the founder remains unreachable. My own balance has been inaccessible for years despite support promises of temporary measures. Whatever the legal outcome, an exchange that cannot let you withdraw is not an exchange. Keep your assets in self-custody and avoid offshore platforms with opaque custody claims.
