Running this service since autumn primarily for live sports. Channel stability during big matches has been respectable, buffering only during extreme simultaneous events, and their support activates new devices quickly over chat. Shortcomings keep it from higher marks: the electronic programme guide has gaps across entire categories making planning awkward, video-on-demand selection is thin and rarely refreshed, and one billing cycle charged twice requiring a nudge to refund. For pure live TV watching it does the job adequately, nothing more.
