Daily exercises blend gratitude practices with cognitive reframing techniques, delivered through short audio sessions fitting easily into morning routines. Community support within the app feels genuine, members sharing struggles without performative positivity dominating. Progress tracking however relies heavily on self-reporting which invites optimistic bias, and the subscription auto-renewal caught me off guard despite email notice buried in promotions folder. Helpful scaffolding for intentional wellbeing work, not a replacement for professional support where needed.
