Bag dimensions match airline sizers precisely, surviving overhead bin battles without the deformation cheaper bags suffer quickly, and the toiletry bottles met carry-on liquid requirements verified at security without issue. Delivery took six days with tracking throughout. One zipper pull arrived stiff, loosening with use within a week. Prices reflect travel-specific design rather than generic luggage markup. Would pack from here again before any big trip, organisation improved noticeably.

Two gripes keep me from rating higher: the payback amount worked out pricier than the rate implied on the initial call, and they requested several extra bank statements midway through that nobody mentioned upfront.
