Vacation rental - listings but last-minute cancellations

Researched this vacation rental platform with 4.5k Trustpilot reviews. Found a Florida home and paid upfront, but rental was cancelled 48 hours before check-in with only refund and no alternative. Listings are convenient but policies are strict and support was hard to reach.
