I realize there is a flood of bird feeder cameras on the market and that s a testament to the number of enthusiasts that enjoy seeing what kind of birds they have in their area and how they behave But what is unusual is finding a product and company that pair to so well together that they create hundreds thousands of extremely satisfied customers merely by responding for pleas for help and offers of free replacements when the product malfunctioned That s a rarity in the market today Here are a couple of incidents I experienced A tornado broke the camera on one of my feeders I reached out to them only wanting to know if the camera could be replaced and I would do the rest Instead Birdfy sent me an entirely new feeder with camera and solar panel In a separate issue I experienced connectivity issues so I reached out on a Sunday and got live assistance via the app and we got the issue resolved Simply amazing customer served So much so I have 2 Birdfy feeders and 2 free standing cameras from Birdfy And from my raves several of my family members have gotten Birdfy feeders
