We ve used your services for a number of years and have a contact list now of about 5000 We usually don t sell anything but use email campaigns to educate and keep our name up front with our customers It s now come to the point that we have to check with our two schedulers before we send a campaign as each time we do we get a blast of calls for service simply because customers were reminded of something that needed done That s a good problem actually Against your advice we tend to send on a Friday evening as we are closed on the weekends That means that customers will usually contact us through email or our website which makes Monday mornings a lot easier on our phone folks It works for us in our situation anyway
