Very pleased with check in and carry on cases

We purchased a check in closet as well as two carry on closets These pieces are definitely meeting our expectations and exceeding them for organization The inserts are fantastic They really do help to keep us organized when travelling especially when there is no closet or limited storage We did have an issue with the check in closet cracking on my husband s recent trip to SEA I got in touch with customer service and a replacement was arranged for very quickly I was very impressed with our customer service rep Jay He was the utmost in professional and was so quick with communication Even with the crack hey - it could happen with any luggage I would highly recommend Solgaard I rest assured knowing that they stand behind their product and really do the extra mile if something happens
