I travel internationally several times a year Over the course of my travels over the years I have purchased far too many pieces of luggage to meet my needs However purchasing an Endeavor Backpack carry-on luggage and checked luggage by Solgaard has ended my quest to purchase the best luggage for my needs I recently traveled on cruises to Alaska then on to Europe My luggage looked fantastic and functioned perfectly since I was able to simply take my packed items from the suitcase directly to hang in the closet thereby saving me hours unpacking and repacking Just as importantly in Europe I noticed that my luggage would not locked and a chest strap on my backpack separated When I returned home I contacted Solgaard Customer Service to resolve the separate unrelated problems The chest strap issue was solved immediately and was able to quickly reattach the chest strap because of Solgaard s ingenious design The luggage failing to lock issue was quickly solved by customer service when they asked in which direction the TSA lock was alligned It turns out the TSA rep who inspected my luggage failed to turn the key to the closed position The Solgaard customer service rep directed me to Amazon com to purchase a TSA key online for less than 7 Once I received the TSA key the problem was quickly resolved Thank you Solgaard Customer Service
