Lost our suitcases in the wildfire
We were only able to use our Solgaard suitcases one time and we did enjoy them Unfortunatel we lost our home in the Maui wildfires we lost everything including our new suitcases I emailed the company and asked if their warranty covered fire damage They sent us two new suitcases the very same day Way to back up your product and care for your customers Thank you Liza for all your help
