I purchased a replacement part for my John Deere mower from Epartsfast and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The part arrived later than promised despite paying for expedited shipping. When it finally came, it didn’t match the specifications listed on their website. I reached out to their support team multiple times via email and their contact form, but received no response.

Additionally, their return policy is confusing and costly – I had to pay the return shipping and was only issued a partial refund. The quality of the part was below OEM standards, and it took me extra time and effort to make it fit correctly.

Based on my experience, I would advise exercising caution with Epartsfast. While some items may ship correctly, the lack of reliable customer service, slow processing, and high restocking fees make it risky. Reading other Epartsfast Reviews shows that my experience is unfortunately not unique.
