Lemalaya Reviews – Warning About Poor Service, Delayed Shipping, and Refund Issues
I ordered a dress from Lemalaya, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The dress arrived over a month late, and the quality was far below what was advertised online. When I tried to return it, customer service was unresponsive and only provided automated replies. They required me to return the item at my own expense, and even after sending proof, they refused a timely refund. Multiple follow-ups went unanswered, and there was no clear tracking or communication about the shipment. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Lemalaya. Buyers should exercise caution, as the lack of transparency and support is very concerning.
