Lemalaya Reviews: A Detailed Look at Shipping, Quality, and Customer Service

I want to share my experience after ordering from Lemalaya. While the website appears professional, my order experience was extremely disappointing. The dress I purchased took over a month to arrive, and when it finally did, the size and color were completely different from what was advertised.

Attempts to contact customer service were frustrating. Responses were slow, often automated, and I received conflicting information regarding returns and refunds. Returning the item required shipping back to China at my own expense, and even after doing so, my refund is still pending due to unclear “customs processing.”

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Lemalaya. The combination of poor communication, delayed shipping, misleading product descriptions, and complex return policies makes this a risky online shopping choice.
