Lemalaya Reviews – Buyer Experiences Highlight Serious Shipping and Service Issues

I ordered a dress from Lemalaya, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The order confirmation came immediately, but no shipping updates were ever provided. After waiting over 30 days, I contacted customer service multiple times and received only vague, automated replies claiming my package had shipped. When the dress finally arrived, it was the wrong size and the fabric quality was much lower than advertised. Returning it has been a nightmare—emails go unanswered, and the process requires sending photos and waiting weeks for approval. Based on my experience and reading other reviews, Lemalaya shows a consistent pattern of poor communication, delayed deliveries, and problematic returns. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company. Buyer beware.
