Lemalaya Reviews – Real Customer Experiences and Warnings
I ordered multiple items from Lemalaya, and my experience was extremely disappointing. My order took over a month to arrive, and the dresses I received did not match the pictures or descriptions online. When I attempted to return them, the customer service process was confusing and unresponsive, requiring repeated emails with no timely resolution. Refunds were delayed, and I had to involve my credit card company to dispute charges. Based on my experience and multiple reports from other buyers, I cannot recommend purchasing from Lemalaya. Their lack of transparency, slow shipping, and poor communication suggest a pattern of unreliable service.
