Lemalaya Reviews – Customer Experiences Reveal Serious Issues
Based on my experience and multiple verified reports, Lemalaya appears to have major problems with shipping, returns, and customer service. Orders often arrive extremely late or not at all, with little to no tracking information provided. When attempting returns or refunds, responses are slow, automated, or contradictory, and customers are sometimes asked to cover return shipping for mistakes made by the company. The quality and sizing of items frequently differ from what is advertised. Many buyers have had to dispute charges with their credit card company due to non-delivery or unresponsive service.
