Lemalaya Reviews – Customers Report Delays, Poor Quality, and Refund Issues
I ordered a dress from Lemalaya a month ago and, despite receiving an order confirmation, the package never arrived. Multiple follow-ups with customer service only resulted in automated responses claiming the item had shipped. When the dress finally arrived, it was a completely different size and color than advertised, and the quality was far below expectations. Returning the item has been a nightmare—they require shipping it back at my own expense, provide no clear timeline for refunds, and their customer support is unresponsive. Based on my experience and many similar reports, I cannot recommend purchasing from Lemalaya. The lack of transparency, slow shipping, and poor customer service are deeply concerning.
