Finally a Cigar Retailer That Does Everything Right!
I’m honestly blown away by IHavanas. They offer an excellent selection, very competitive prices, and outstanding service. Over the past three months, I’ve ordered roughly €3,000 worth of cigars, both Cuban and non-Cuban.
Shipping is very fast, packaging is excellent, and all cigars have arrived in perfect condition clearly authentic and carefully checked. What truly sets IHavanas apart is their communication and customer service.
Once, an order was incorrectly labeled on the CN22 form, resulting in a higher declared value than the actual contents. After a few emails, they not only issued a store credit but also offered to cover the additional taxes I had to pay. That level of accountability is rare.
