I wouldn’t trust them.
I ordered a box of Quai cigars from Ihavanas and never received the package. After reaching out twice via email, I got no response, which was incredibly disappointing. Based on this experience, I’m starting to seriously question: Is Ihavanas legit? From what I’ve seen, I highly doubt it. I also bought a box of Jose Piedra Cazadores, and within a week of storing them in my perfectly maintained humidor (kept at 70°F or slightly below), they started to grow mold. I contacted Ihavanas to inform them of the issue, and a rep named Bryan gave me a lecture about how mold is everywhere. His solution? Wipe off the mold and keep smoking the cigars. Unbelievable! If Ihavanas is truly legit, why are they shipping old cigars that are prone to mold and offering such terrible customer service? I also bought a box of Upmann cigars, and after two weeks of resting them in my humidor, I tried smoking four. Three of them were so tight I could barely draw from them, and they burned unevenly. I even gave one to a business prospect, and he had the same issue. Embarrassing! These cigars are far from the handmade Cuban quality you’d expect—definitely low-grade. Buyer beware when considering purchasing from Ihavanas. To make matters worse, Ihavanas misleads customers about their shipping process. They claim to ship from Switzerland, but that’s false. It’s the same company as COH, just under a different name. My order took four weeks to arrive, and I had to pay additional duty fees. So, is Ihavanas legit? Based on my experience, absolutely not. I also bought 50 cigars (two boxes of 25), and they arrived completely covered in green, greyish-blue, and white fuzzy mold. Ihavanas took forever to respond, and when they finally did, they wanted me to send photos and return the moldy cigars before they’d replace them. What's the point? They’d likely just wipe them down and resell them to another unsuspecting customer. I didn’t want to take that risk, so I ended up throwing them away. Ihavanas does not stand behind their products and clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Some Ihavanas reviews claim they provide good service and quality cigars, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust them. They’re clearly taking advantage of customers. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I also bought Jose Piedra Cazadores, and within just a week of storing them in my perfectly maintained humidor (at 70°F or slightly below), they started growing mold. When I reached out to Ihavanas, a rep named Bryan gave me a lecture about mold being everywhere and suggested I simply wipe it off and smoke the cigars. Unbelievable! If Ihavanas is legit, why would they be shipping such old, mold-prone cigars and offering such terrible customer service? Another frustrating experience was with a box of Upmann cigars. After letting them rest in my humidor for two weeks, I tried smoking four. Three of them were so tight that I could barely draw, and they burned unevenly. Ihavanas took forever to respond, and when they finally did, they wanted me to send photos and return the moldy cigars before they'd replace them. What's the point? They'd probably just wipe them down and resell them to someone else. I threw them away rather than risk inhaling mold. Ihavanas does not stand behind their products and clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Some Ihavanas reviews claim they provide great service and quality cigars, but based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them. Maybe they get it right sometimes, but they're taking advantage of customers. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

If Ihavanas is truly a legitimate business, why are they shipping out old, mold-prone cigars and offering such appalling customer service? Another frustrating purchase was a box of Upmann cigars. Maybe they get it right sometimes, but based on my experience, I can’t trust them. They take advantage of customers, and I won’t be ordering from them again. If you’re wondering, “Is Ihavanas legit?” I can only say that, in my case, it was not. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Be cautious if you’re considering purchasing from them.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Ihavanas, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts in this Ihavanas review. After ordering a box of Quai cigars, I never received my package. I emailed them twice with no response, which left me questioning: is Ihavanas legit? Based on my experience, I’m seriously doubting it. I also purchased a box of Jose Piedra Cazadores, and within just a week of storing them in my humidor (perfectly maintained at 70°F or just below), they started developing mold. When I reached out to Ihavanas, a representative named Bryan gave me a lecture on mold, telling me it’s everywhere and that I should just wipe it off and smoke the cigars. Absolutely unbelievable! If Ihavanas is legit, why are they shipping cigars that are prone to mold and offering such terrible customer service? Another issue I faced was with a box of Upmann’s cigars I ordered. After resting them in my humidor for two weeks, I smoked four, but three were so tight I could barely draw from them, and they burned unevenly. I even gave one to a business prospect, and he had the same problem—how embarrassing! These aren’t handmade Cuban cigars; they are low-quality. Buyer beware! To make matters worse, Ihavanas misleads customers about shipping. They claim to ship from Switzerland, but that’s false. I also bought 50 cigars (two boxes of 25), and when they arrived, they were covered in mold—green, greyish-blue, and white fuzzy mold. Ihavanas took forever to respond, and when they finally did, they wanted me to send pictures and return the moldy cigars before offering a replacement. What’s the point? They’d probably just wipe them down and resell them to another unsuspecting customer. I didn’t want to take any chances with mold, so I threw them away. Ihavanas doesn’t stand behind their products and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I’ve seen some reviews claiming that Ihavanas provides great service and quality cigars, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust them. Maybe they get it right sometimes, but for me, it’s been nothing but trouble. Ihavanas is taking advantage of customers, and I won’t be ordering from them again. So, if you’re wondering, "Is Ihavanas legit?"—my answer is no. Be cautious if you’re considering purchasing from them.
