Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service Just had 1200 dollars stolen from me from a car rental place in Dubai Citizens said there s nothing they can do except go through the process which takes 10 days before I get my money back I m supposed to receive alerts when anything suspicious happens and got nothing In the meantime I don t even have enough gas in my car to get me home from work I only have a debit card that I can t ever use Worst bank I have ever dealt with
