Oh how I wish there was a zero star
Oh how I wish there was a zero star option I also wish I would ve read these reviews prior to opening my account The account was open less than two weeks when I received a letter stating my account was closed I had received the debit card in the mail just 4 days prior and the pin number the day before When I reached out to the so-called customer service the rep was rude and had no answers to my questions When I requested his superior I was placed on hold and then hung up on STAY AWAY FROM CITIZENS BANK
