US Bank - branch access nationwide but app fees add up
Opened a checking account at this top-5 US bank for nationwide ATM coverage - branches in 26 states and fee-free ATMs at 4,700 locations. App handles mobile deposit and Zelle well, and my debit arrived in 5 days. Monthly maintenance is $6.95 unless you keep $1500 daily, and overdraft is $36. Good for in-branch service, but fintechs beat it on fees if you don't need cash deposits.
