Booking recent trip through
Booking our recent trip through Travelgenio was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial price was very competitive, which is what drew us in. However, the booking process itself felt a little clunky and not as intuitive as some other sites. The main issue was with customer service; when I had a question about my itinerary, it took a couple of days to get a clear answer. In the end, everything worked out fine and the flights were as booked, but the experience wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped. You get what you pay for, I suppose.
