Overall booking experience Travelgenio smooth
Overall, my booking experience with Travelgenio was smooth and saved me a good chunk of money compared to other sites. I found a great deal on flights to Lisbon and the booking process itself was straightforward. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that I had a question about seat selection afterward, and it took a couple of days to get a clear answer from customer service. Once they replied, they were helpful. I'd definitely use them again for the prices, just recommend booking well in advance so you don't need urgent support.
