Booking our recent trip through Travelgenio was a bit of a mixed bag. The website was easy enough to navigate, and we found a decent flight deal to Lisbon. However, the communication after booking was frustrating. It took several days to get our e-tickets, and the one time I needed to call customer service, the wait was very long. The trip itself went fine, but the pre-travel anxiety could have been avoided with clearer, faster updates. It worked out, but the process wasn't smooth.
