Absolutely appalling my daughter took

Absolutely appalling my daughter took this course about 5 years ago in north london the instructor constantly put her down made stupid comments like women drivers and kept telling her to pull over every time he saw someone he knew plus leaving her sitting in a car on her own with the engine running which is illegal I took it up with the company no refund nothing said daughter not ready I m not surprised the little driving she did with them Shocking you might be lucky but I m still disgusted 5 years later Jenny TheodoulouAs requested an update no booking ref number but 25 July 2016 rhiannon theodoulou mount pleasant - don t touch this company

Would not recommend

Please read all small print about expectations policy before booking with this company or preferably go with a company with polite customer services I was told very different by the sales team about expectation prior to booking When I queried something with customer services this was denied I asked them to listen to the recording of my enquiry prior to booking as companies record calls and although quick to respond that I would not get my deposit back nothing mentioned about this conversation Once booked and deposited paid I was told different about expectations by a rude customer service agent In reply I am the parent who was sourcing this for my daughter who is currently at university I was the one who booked paid the deposit and had contact with the company
