I ve been a listener on 7 cups for about 6 years now and I just love how everything at 7 cups works There s a group really kind and empathetic people continuously dedicated their personal time to be there and help people out by listening Being a part of 7 cups has not only helped me grow as a person and help me empathize with people better it has also helped me grow out of really bad lows in my life and I am grateful for all the people on this platform who actually make a change in peoples lives

I have been on 7 cups for a month now become a verified listener and my life has changed It is such an amazing community to be part of mentors are so helpful and is the perfect place to volunteer if you are looking at getting into counselling I was amazed by how much training is offered in full depth- truly wonderful to be a part of
