Amazing company prompt communication excellent customer service

First experience with Above Beyond and my contact was Matthew Hawkins He was extremely professional and prompt in all communications We really felt that he gave us a lot of time in explaining everything and was happy to answer all our questions We had a BA companion voucher and he was more than happy to quote just for the cruise We have since advised him of our flight times so that the transfers can be arranged and yet again he was very prompt to confirm everything He was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend this firm and Matthew for the booking of any cruises that you plan to go on

We had real problems with cruise cancellation needing to rebook change flights get promised discount from cruise operator and use credit All this was sorted out calmly and with professionalism by Jo She also kept us regularly informed We could not have got all this sorted direct with cruise operator Thank you Jo
