So So

Unfortunately our base laid wasn t as hoped but the team who came to install left the shed unprotected from the elements and heard them congratulate themselves on a half day when they were leaving Shed looks in good order but offered no solution to help with the base except for us to sort and then another second trip chargeable to come and install again Wouldn t say that social distancing was 100 either as there was no distancing by the team and in the current circumstance and had to sign my signature on a device that many others would have touched Need to up your Covid H S training for your teams This non being built by Ace Sheds and having to do ourselves then left any guarantee null and void which is a shame

Great shed poor build service

Shed was exactly what we wanted but the delivery and build service was appalling Ended up getting angry and assertive in order to get them to build it All prepped as advised but they seemed intent on avoiding the work

Your installation was excellent but you still owe us a cheque for the difference in cost for the ist choice selection and the lower cost for the shed that was finally chosen Please reimburse us withou delay Thank youJill Westley

The leading door was put on the wrong

The leading door was put on the wrong side despite us telling the fitter beforehand which side we wanted it The bolt didn t fit into the latch without forcing it which I couldn t do my husband had to adjust it and it still is not perfect

Fantastic service Great shed

Fantastic service everything went according to plan The shed builder worked alone and was very accommodating and helpful with aftercare chatty but got the job done efficiently 10 10 all round from me

Easy to order online

Easy to order online The people who came to assemble the shed were fine I saw a couple of wayward screws but nothing to get too excited about Other than that I wanted to upgrade the type of door to a more expensive one and no one replied to my email

Nice product ruined by red spray paint

Easy and helpful ordering nice quality products reliable delivery and friendly assembly guys unfortunately I feel let down by the finish as my shed has bright red spray paint on it It looks like graffiti It is mostly visible when the door is open but looks really horrible Such a shame as I spent a lot of money for a product that I hoped would last - and yet I cringe every time I need to go into the shed Can t believe it passed quality control - this heavily marked wood should not have been used surely

New Garden Shed

Buying process good Delivery timescales long but understandable Installation good but having ordered paid for the thicker panels disappointed with quality of some of them 4 10 20 - Have emailed Wayne with photo examples of the issues and await his review reply

The House and workman are well built

The House and workman are well built and the boys were on point However I have it 3 stars due to the the waiting time of communication with the office until there was a fault on their part and then it was on point I would recommend the the sheds etc as are very well built

The doors were badly fitted

The doors were badly fitted tight against the frame with a huge gap between I had to move one of them The Windows although new looked like they had been wiped with a sweaty sock On one side on the roof at the rear the felt was virtually flapping about in the wind fortunately I plan the recover it with Onduline sheets Otherwise not bad
