The quality of the shed seems very good I added lots of optional upgrades to ensure longevity Only time will tell how good an investment it is While the team that fitted did a good job on later inspection I found some issues such as not enough screws had been put into the door hinges only 3 instead of the 6 required A little more care and attention is needed but overall we are satisfied

Previously purchased a log cabin from the mob in east sussex which wasnt a great experience so tried ace definately better quality sheds and far better pricing mine was a bromley workshop very pleased with how its standing upto the weather alas my only issue has been leaks on roof which ive now sorted and found the number of roof pegs wasnt sufficent thus letting water in now sort probably down to the installers not the company would i buy again in a heart beat

The shed Pluckley seems solid and well made which is the most important thing It is very attractive judging from the photos on the website I would say that I bought the most attractive shed they do and the ventilation is a nice touch A few reasons for losing 2 stars which were as follows - The shed was not placed squarely but slightly diagonally meaning at one end the bearer was slightly over half off the base Not ideal but hoping it won t prove to be an issue - A couple of gouges in the wood on one side Not hugely deep but again not ideal and certainly not very cosmetic - I went for the EPDM rubber roof for better durability It seemed like quite the upsell at 170 but hopefully it will pay off for extra longevity My issue though is that there is very big white writing on this which thankfully is on the side facing away from the house and so only visible when going round the back path If it was on the visible side I really wouldn t be happy Though not everyone would necessarily have an arrangement whereby one side was less visible so I would have thought they could have sourced some rubber that doesn t have writing on it since I suspect they would still have quite a healthy margin on it even if they had to pay a bit more

Overall good and a lovely shed However you can t speak to them direct on the phone The shed we ordered we requested a right hand door and we got a centre one not a big thing and actually worked out better One of the workers broke a tile and didn t really want to engage into too much dialogue Only my experience and like I say shouldn t deter you as it s a great customisable shed

Shed delivered on time and operatives assembled it quickly Quality control in factory leaves a bit to be desired as window panel has screws protruding through wood not engaging in frame

Would have been 5 stars but for the waiting time between order and delivery - no doubt covid has affected construction and delivery timescales That said the company gave me a delivery date when I made the order and delivered on that date There were many design options available and the build quality is very good The installers arrived slightly ahead of their estimated time and were quick and efficient with the build An excellent product Would happily recommend Ace Sheds

We are generally pleased with the shed but there are a few minor issues such as damage to bottom shiplap on 2 sides Our shed was upgraded however the fascia boards appear to be made from cut-down thinner shiplap boards which look of poorer quality than the rest of the shed The installation went very smoothly We would have preferred better communication prior to the installation date

Lovely looking shed guys turned up earlier than delivery slot which was great We ve been waiting months due to Covid delays Really happy with quality of shed and the speed in which the guys erected Only 4 stars as didn t provide correct handle so are due to come back to correct a decorative roof side part missing and screws missing in joinery which only noticed once they d left

Not the cheapest but reliable and good enough quality and friendly nice people

Shed generally excellent door a little stiff though and the roofing could be better fitted
