It was a very informative class and Ali was so kind
It was a very informative class and Ali was so kind The first mask I tried instantly frustrated me and I thought I was going to cry I wanted this to be easy and work straight out of the gate There was 5 of us in the class and though Ali was talking with someone else she knew instantly that I was struggling She sat down next to me and was encouraging and we talked about what wasn t working She found a better mask one that didn t frustrate me and I am truly grateful that she was there

Joe called before delivery with a time estimate of 30 minutes He arrived on time and had the oxygen tanks neatly packaged in a container This makes it easier to carry four Oxygen tanks at a time Joe was very efficient and friendly Thank You
