Nothing is ever in stock

I bought from them once and loved it i was well aware that there would be import charges there almost always is from the US so i don t see the problem in that AE doesn t decide import charges The problem is that nothing is ever in stock I understand that there are some very popular styles but i have never experienced it that severe with any other online store I ve been checking in every other day manually since there s no email me option and an employee told me that there was no other way to tell when the styles would come back in stock for a year now and i saw that the items i had been waiting for were finally back in stock in my sizes I happily filled up my cart since i know how long i have to wait for it otherwise but when i went to check out an error message read that i needed to remove certain items since they were no longer in stock Which turned out to be all eight pairs of pants and jeans in two different sizes and lengths I tried regulating the amount and deleting some items just in case it was a mistake I chatted with a nice employee who informed me that it was not a mistake they really weren t in stock eventhough i could pick the sizes and add them to the bag I surely missed out the very short time the items actually were in stock but it s still very very disapointing I ll stop waisting my time checking from now on --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update I tried purchasing again to prove a point to my husband and the order went through this time I recieved the pants today and i m stoked Thanks so much

I have been purchasing online and in store from American Eagle for a very long time and have never been disappointed They ship within the week of ordering usually the next day and when I paid for fast shipping they complied When I have called costumer services to change an order or to correct a payment error they have been so helpful and patient I even ordered something online found I had ordered the wrong size and then returned it in the store I only needed to show the recipient I didn t even need to show the credit card it had been charged to I couldn t believe how easy it was I personally have never experienced their cloths not fitting me right unless I ordered the wrong size but everyone s different so you may want to try on their clothes in store But after you know your size they are consistent so you should be good I LOVE American Eagle and I have never been disappointed

I ve ordered from AE a couple of times and I have never had a bad experience My order was processed and shipped without any issues and it arrived when they said it would Everything was packaged well and nothing has ever been damaged

I love American Eagle clothes the jeans

I love American Eagle clothes the jeans fit me really well I live in the UK and before they opened branches in the UK I would get clothes shipped from the US and usually only when the sales where on because the clothes where still cheaper with the import duty than other retailers in UK with similar style clothes I am guessing since they pulled out of the UK in 2017 they no longer have a UK distribution depot so you will be ordering from the US I have only just discovered they are no longer in UK and I m gutted as I was in NY a couple of months ago and would have purchased more whilst out there
