AeltCare Review: A Cautionary Tale
I wish I had checked the AeltCare reviews before making my purchase. I ordered their toothbrush and flosser kit, and while it arrived within 10 days, it was incomplete and unusable. Unfortunately, AeltCare has ignored all my attempts to contact them via email, leaving me with $118 down the drain and no way to return the item. After some research, I discovered that AeltCare is actually a rebranded version of MauArcher, a Chinese company that previously had a terrible reputation. It seems they changed their name to escape their poor reviews on TrustPilot. The so-called "expert reviews" they showcase on their site are nothing more than fake content designed to mislead customers. I tried to cancel my order within 30 minutes of purchase, but of course, my emails were ignored. When the package arrived, I refused to open it and immediately requested a return, but again, I received no response. Now, I'm stuck with a cheap, low-quality product that I could have purchased for a fraction of the price from a Chinese marketplace. AeltCare falsely claims to have a UK arm, but everything is shipped from China. Their terms and conditions are concerning, and they use bot-generated reviews on sites like "premiumreview.org" to trick customers into thinking their products are highly rated. If you're considering ordering from AeltCare, I highly recommend reading more AeltCare reviews before making a decision. If you’ve already purchased from them, I suggest requesting a chargeback from your credit card company immediately. Don't waste your time waiting for a response from AeltCare – you’ll never get one.

AeltCare Review: Complete Scam - Avoid at All Costs!
I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing from AeltCare. I ordered their toothbrush and flosser, and while it arrived within 10 days, it was incomplete and utterly unusable. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them via email, all my messages have been ignored. I'm now left with $118 down the drain, no way to return the item, and no response from their so-called customer service. After some research, I discovered that AeltCare is actually a Chinese scam company that used to operate under the name MauArcher. They rebranded to escape their terrible reputation on TrustPilot. Their "expert reviews" are nothing more than fake content designed to mislead customers. When I realized how shady the company was, I immediately tried to cancel my order within 30 minutes. Of course, my emails were ignored. When the package finally arrived, I refused to open it and requested a return, but still, no response from AeltCare. Now, I'm stuck with a low-quality product that I could have bought for $20 from a Chinese marketplace. Despite claiming to have a UK arm, AeltCare ships everything directly from China. Their terms and conditions are alarmingly one-sided, and they even use bot-generated reviews on "premiumreview.org" to trick customers into thinking their products are top-rated. If you’ve already bought from AeltCare, immediately request a chargeback from your credit card company. Don’t waste time waiting for a response—you’ll never get one! In short, this company is a complete scam, and I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them.

AeltCare Review: A Complete Scam – Do Not Buy!
I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing from AeltCare. I ordered their toothbrush and flosser, and although it arrived within 10 days, it was incomplete and completely unusable. After contacting them multiple times via email, I received no response whatsoever. Now, I’m out $118 with no way to return the item. After doing some research, I found out that AeltCare is actually a rebranded version of a Chinese company that used to operate under the name MauArcher. They rebranded to escape their horrible reputation on TrustPilot, and now they’re using fake "expert reviews" to mislead customers. The product that I received is of shockingly poor quality and could have been bought for just $20 from a Chinese marketplace. I realized the company was shady when I tried to cancel my order within 30 minutes of purchasing, but of course, my emails were ignored. When the package eventually arrived, I refused to open it and immediately requested a return. No response—again. I’m now stuck with a low-quality product and $118 down the drain. What's even worse is AeltCare falsely claims to have a UK arm, but everything is shipped from China. They also use bot-generated reviews on "premiumreview.org" to trick customers into believing their toothbrush is highly rated. If you're considering buying from AeltCare, take my advice and stay far away. If you’ve already made the mistake of purchasing from them, immediately contact your credit card company and request a chargeback. Don’t waste any more time hoping for a response—they will never get back to you! I would give AeltCare zero stars if I could. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.

AeltCare Review: A Terrible Experience and a Warning to Others
I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing from AeltCare. I ordered their toothbrush and flosser, and while the delivery was quick (within 10 days), the product was incomplete and completely unusable. I've tried reaching out to the company numerous times via email, but as expected, they ignored all my attempts at communication. Now, I’m stuck with a $118 purchase that I can’t return, and no way to resolve the issue. Upon further research, I found out that AeltCare is a rebranded Chinese scam company that used to operate under the name MauArcher. They’re clearly trying to escape their terrible reputation on TrustPilot by changing their name. The so-called "expert reviews" they showcase on their website are nothing more than fake content designed to mislead customers. I attempted to cancel my order just 30 minutes after purchasing, but again, no response. When the package finally arrived, I chose not to open it and instead requested a return. But surprise, surprise—still no reply. In hindsight, I realize I could have bought a much cheaper version of this low-quality product from a Chinese marketplace for just $20. AeltCare falsely claims to have a UK-based operation, but in reality, everything ships directly from China. Their terms and conditions are frightening, and they even use bot-generated reviews on sites like "premiumreview.org" to create a false image of being highly-rated. If you’re reading this before making a purchase, do yourself a favor and avoid AeltCare. If you’ve already bought from them, immediately contact your credit card company and request a chargeback. Don’t waste time waiting for a response from AeltCare, because you’ll never get one. AeltCare Reviews: Sadly, they deserve all the negative reviews they get. This company is nothing but a scam.

AeltCare Review – A Costly Mistake I Deeply Regret
I wish I had checked the AeltCare reviews before placing my order. I bought their toothbrush and flosser set based on what seemed like "expert recommendations," but I now realize those were fake reviews likely generated by bots or affiliates. The kit arrived within 10 days, which seemed promising at first. But to my disappointment, the package was incomplete and totally unusable. From that moment, AeltCare has completely ignored all my emails. I attempted to cancel my order within 30 minutes of placing it after noticing several red flags—but as expected, no response. When the package came, I refused to open it and asked for a return. Again, silence. After doing some research, I discovered that AeltCare is a Chinese scam company that used to operate under the name MauArcher. They rebranded to hide their atrocious track record on sites like TrustPilot. Their terms and conditions are sketchy at best, and they use bot-generated reviews on fake sites like "premiumreview.org" to push their products. I am now $118 down the drain, stuck with a cheap, low-quality product I could’ve bought for $20 from any random Chinese marketplace. They falsely claim to have a UK presence, but it’s all shipped directly from China. If you’re reading this and have already made a purchase, do not waste time contacting AeltCare—you will not get a reply. Request a chargeback from your credit card company immediately. Don’t fall for this cleverly marketed scam like I did. Avoid at all costs. This is an honest AeltCare review that I hope saves someone else from being deceived.

Avoid AeltCare at All Costs – Scam Alert!
I wish I had checked the AeltCare reviews before placing an order. I bought their toothbrush and flosser kit based on a slick advertisement and fake "expert reviews." The package arrived within 10 days and looked impressive at first—but it was incomplete and unusable. That’s when the nightmare began. I emailed AeltCare multiple times—no response. $118 down the drain, and no way to return the product. It turns out AeltCare is a Chinese scam company that previously operated under the name MauArcher, notorious for fake products and shady operations. They've simply rebranded to escape their awful AeltCare reviews on TrustPilot. What’s worse is that when I realized something was off, I tried to cancel the order within 30 minutes—ignored again. When the package arrived, I didn’t even open it and requested a return. Of course, I was met with silence. After doing some digging, I discovered that their so-called “expert reviews” on sites like premiumreview.org are bot-generated fakes designed to mislead. AeltCare claims to have a UK branch but ships everything from China. The product itself is cheap, low-quality, and no better than a $20 knockoff you could find on a generic Chinese marketplace. Their terms and conditions are sketchy, and they make it nearly impossible to get a refund. AeltCare review sites are full of similar horror stories, and yet they continue operating with fake five-star reviews. If you’ve already bought from them, request a chargeback from your bank or credit card company immediately. Do not wait for a reply—you won’t get one.

A MUST READ ZERO STARS HELPFUL INFO
I like the previous reviewer had doubts After 8 days and before shipment cancelled my order to be told the day after it had been shipped On receipt I emailed for a return slip address well within the 14 days to be sent generic replies each time not giving me an address and offering me increasing discounts from 3 upto 11 when I stopped replying I raised a dispute with my card company as the supplier was refusing a refund with not supplying a return address For reference it would cost 15 00 tracked with royal mail to return to China This dispute was accepted On further investigation by myself this is what I found out about the company I believe this company to be a drop shopping site There is no mention of the location being based in China on the website except for in the returns terms and conditions where there is the mention of international costs for duties taxes etc I expected this to be what it usually is for international buyers as would any UK based seller be required to have Also the email is a UK based email although albeit com so international furthering expectation that it was shipped from a UK location Upon further investigation on both the company and the now found original company on their Trust pilot websites for both AeltCare which was formerly MauArcher it is clear to me that this is a scam product pretending to be a UK based company which is shopping non branded mass produce products original sold on aliexpress temu There is 0 sign or mention of their branding and is overall a generic product Then reverse image searching a picture of the product it is possible that there are 5 alternative versions of this product with identical packaging to the product I have received the only difference being some have branding on the boxes top corner and on the toothbrush itself One of these brands refers again to the MauArcher brand claimed to be the original scam brand of the Aeltcare company prior to a name change so I believe this to further my point that this is a dropshipped product Overall I have no confidence that this product is of any actual quality that any future warranty would be respected or if the company would even exist should the warranty be needed to be claimed on nor that the company actually exists now as an entity rather than a manufacturer with a sellers website And as I can t open the product to verify if it even turns on as that would damage the seal and consequently void the returns policy I hope this information is of some help
