I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Bonnie French following my recent experience at the Hayes store she was very apologetic and restored my faith in Care Co just as seen on TV she even gave me a discount which I did not ask for Careco can be proud to have her as an ambassador and I personally thank her very much for her support

had a lovely time with tina she was
had a lovely time with tina she was very helpfull she went out of her way to show me a lot of the mobility scooters i tryed about 6 till I designated on the power chaire she new i was a bit nervous at first she took me all round the shop till i had enough confidence to do it by myself so i bought one it is idle formy hubby to get in the car so thank you very much tina hope to c you again xx

Had delivery of a chair this morning not only were they early they were efficient kind nothing to much trouble and explained the product and workings brilliantly Ahmed and Gary were absolutely wonderful

Riser recliner disaster Don t order one
Ordered a riser recliner chair from care co on 1 5 2024 3 weeks later Firstly I was told an engineer would be in my area to deliver the chair would I let them know if this was convenient We had builders in so no it wasn t convenient I tried all the time over the next few days to contact them on the number they gave me each time it said mailbox is full I tried the main care co company number they said they can t do anything it It was delivered by a lone female while we were out and the builder said no way you can get access I kept trying the delivery number with no success so in despair I called the show room and she tutted and said she d try and sort it out This time I was sent another message to say that the following week they would be in the area to deliver the chair this time with the option to confirm or not Chair was delivered by lone young lady who could hardly manage to lift the parts which also fell off the trolley I tried the chair for the day trying all ways to find a comfortable position I couldn t It was very hard and the back lumber position was in the wrong place not like the one I tried in the shop I was up all night in pain from it Next morning I called care co who said I couldn t return it as another company who actually makes the chairs said it was made specifically for me I thought care co made the chairs they don t She said I signed a form in the shop stating I couldn t return it I couldn t read all the small print and signed it trusting care co I was told they would email the company to send someone round to see if they could make it more comfortable I am not happy I am a disabled pensioner with no other income and can t use the chair

Went to the Lincoln showroom looking
Went to the Lincoln showroom looking for a riser chair for my wife Found one that suited her needs for back lumbar and head support The Warwick the sales lady filled in all the forms and we signed and paid for it When it arrived 7 weeks later it was not the chair that we had looked at and had thought we had ordered When we questioned why we had received a different chair we were told that the chair that had arrived was the chair we had ordered It seems that the sales lady that filled in the forms did not order the chair that we wanted After contacting customer service they said that the chair that arrived was the chair that was on the order After numerous complaints and getting nothing done we are stuck with a chair that we didn t order because the staff made a mistake The company won t do anything to put their staffs mistake right In my opinion if you read this be very careful with what you sign for as the Lincoln showroom I will not be going there again and would strongly recommend you don t ever

I paid for a replacement battery
I paid for a replacement battery charger on 22nd June 2023 Whilst Care Co had my new telephone number they may have attempted to effect repairs at my old address which is a bit of puzzle I will admit I didn t spot the fact they had the old address on my receipt but they did have the new telephone number The address has subsequently been amended I made several attempts to secure a repair date originally having been told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the part to arrive i e from 22nd June I appreciate too that there has been the problem of the fire at the warehouse I am now told today 1st November that the part will arrive on 24th November I will have been unable to use my mobility scooter for 6 months by that date Given that the battery should be kept fully charged I must assume that if there is any damage to it it will be replaced free of charge Whilst I am appreciative of the overall circumstances surrounding the supply of this part I am totally dissatisfied with the service provided

DO NOT BUY FROM CARECO
Wife bought a scooter very expensive 2 months later scooter just stops randomly sometimes in the middle of the road Engineer came out didn t examine it Told her it was her fault scooter needs to be charged for at least 10 hours before it is used Followed his instructions and the next time out it breaks down again while she is crossing the road she almost got hit by a car Phoned them again today to try and get a refund and their attitude was disgusting No refund they insist on an engineer coming out but not for 3 weeks or more Meantime wife is confined to the house Not of merchantable quality I would never buy from them again

I bought a wheelchair in May with a warranty I wanted to buy it before I really needed it However I needed it end of June and when I sat in the chair it felt as if it were closing up on me We took it back to the showroom in Lincoln Someone looked at it and told us what parts to order from the parts place which we did After about a fortnight we rang to see where the parts were This is now beginning July We were told those 2 small parts were in western china and would not be with us until September I asked just when they were going to tell us where the parts were and we should exchange the useless wheelchair for a new one which they have done My warning to you be cautious buying from them make sure you will be able to source spares don t buy anything that has to come from china
