I had booked business class from mumbai to mauritius They sent message mumbai mauritius flight is cancelled I had to cancel ticket and booked business class in air mauritius Unfortunately on the day of flight air mauritius flight cancelled and they put me in air vistara The check is counter is totally unfriendly and the in charges is unaware of the procedure They delayed about 45 mnts asking Visa permit etc I am Indian citizen and is in transit at mauritius on the way to Madagascar Where as I had hotel booking for transit also Pathetic counter staff and food is below average for a full service flight I think the management to do introspection and review This is my first flight as one of the earlier flight in 2019 was canceled last minute and had to cancel all the plans

Premium economy - a little for a lot
I booked flights frankfurt - Delhi in premium economy because of seat description for a Dreamliner on their webpage saying bigger seats calve and footrest After seeing the seat plan I noticed the seating is exactly like in economy 3-3-3 So I asked their customer service and they confirmed by mail the seats as described When we boarded the plan the premium Economy was not separated from the rest of the cabin and there only was a little more space between the rows - no bigger seats no calve rest Cabin staff told me that was only because of a sudden aircraft change A big lie - my son flew a week later - exactly the same Customer service contacted me and what makes it worse tells the same lie It s bad that airline cheats about its offer on their website - lies like a change of aircraft which happens everytime that flight goes make it worse A vey honorable business policy for an airline claiming to be indias best Do not pay for premium economy it is not worth the money

Avoid travelling Air Vistara In 9 years of my travel history I have never came across an airline who will not offer seat next to each other for family of 3 Vistara is offering middle seat for free and charging for the other two Just cant comprehend how low airline can stoop to rip-off their customers My first and last trip via Air Vistara

Club Vistara AVOID
Club Vistara is an absolute JOKE programme you can keep collecting points 50 000 each for myself and wife but when it comes to avail any points for an international upgrade then they NEVER have any seats for upgrade despite how soon you try to avail ranging from 6 months in advance to 1 month or couple of weeks when you check if paying seats are available there are plenty we have tried on numerous trips to do this without any luck and the club team are helpless in offering any options DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AVOID when they want brand loyalty there is no support from Vistara as a loyal customer you are not valued

Absolutely the WORST airline food i ve ever had ever Surely the caterers cannot be TAJ That was not food It was unhealthy tasteless SLOP What a sad disappointing representation of an Indian brand which if managed by Tata and Singapore airlines should deliver better Much better Come on guys whats the matter with you I m still feeling very ill and nauseous now - 8 hours after that whatever it was that they served up How can Taj get indian vegetarian food so wrong Never using this airline again If you have to take your own food Spent 5 weeks intensive travel in india - no problems with food or health in all that time but managed to get food poisoning after Air Vistara

Worst ever refund experience
First time I ever book an international flight with Indian airline company I m flying across globe since 12years That was a mistake indeed Initially flight got cancelled by airline and i just accepted next day booking without any bargain Later I had to cancel due to family circumstancess and since then my refund is stuck Vistara is saying they refunded to my TA booking Com and my TA saying they haven t Finally Vistara today after 1 5 months of long follow ups accepted that they haven t processed it all this took hell of follow-up e-mails calls and so far no result What a crappy process Vistara has while world is moving towards industry 5 0 So don t book with Vistara especially via TA if you have fraction of chance to cancel it

I was travelling from LHR to Ahmedabad on date 25 jan to 26 2024 i was lost my stuff from bombay to ahmedabad arrival aiport was found my check in luggage bag was is open i my lost my new jakit and sweaters and other stuff from buying customs duty free shop from london lhr airport so please care full check in luggage from airport i got very bad experience too first book ticket from travel up travel in uk and airvistra

This airline is the worst airline They sell misleading transit packages Which they offload passengers on there connecting flights and sell there seats and shift them to cheap crap air india flights They then blame the weather for poor Conditions and various reasons There ground staff is very bad They treat passengers with no care This airline is the worst experience if you want to ruin your travel plans If you are reading this don t ever fly vistara airways They have no value for passengers time and travel plan NEVER FLYING WITH THIS CRAP AGAIN

An airline which avoids responsibilty
Checked in cases at Vistara bagdrop While waiting to board Vistara ground crew member told me my case had been damaged wheel ripped off and demanded I sign a form which I stupidly did On arrival customer relations stated case must have been damaged before check-in A blatant lie Then that I could not have compensation as I had signed the form A trick Customer relations responded to my itemised complaint by a not answering my questions and b denying all responsibility for baggage Appalling treatment
