I ve had the doorbell and the app running on 2 phones without any issues for about 10 months now and works perfectly I did purchase the yearly subscription as I want to store the videos for 30 days and I am happy with the value The quality is no near some competitors however for the price tag I am pretty happy with it

I have had a Aiwit doorbell for nearly 3 years Initially there was quite a delay between doorbell and phone ringer but a change of Wifi router and it is near enough instant I have always used an SD card because I expected free cloud services to eventually become pay for services I am very happy with it and have a better performance than some of my friends with video doorbells more than 3x the price

I dont understand all these bad reviews For the price this camera doorbell is SWEET It was super easy to set up the app is straightforward and easy to use I can hear my children talking over 20 feet away on it when they are using their indoor voices the motion sensor on it has a range of roughly 22 feet it picks me up at the end of my walkway and alerts my phone to motion at my front door long before I am actually at it you do have to purchase cloud storage as it does not have a memory card slot but the pricing is very fair and in a way cloud storage is way more secure than memory card due to the fact if a shady person steals your camera doorbell during thwir home invasion burglary vandalism package theft etc you re beat for seeing who actually did it unless you have the cloud storage that this device requires I even bring it inside when I go to work so my children can press the ringer and alert me I then check and can speak to them and see what they re doing quick They think this is MAD FUN And it makes me smile as well The customer service is built I to the app thru a text message feature and they got back to me quickly even at 1230am when I had a set up issue I LOVE this camera doorbell and think it is well worth the inexpensive price

I love this camera it s everything I needed in a security camera it s clear good audio and has withstood the outdoor elements

Hello my Aiwit app stopped video recording and playback on Saturday 10 12 2022 I had been using the rolling 3 day service When it failed I was directed to the site to subscribe I emailed Eken com who provided the cameras via Amazon by Monday morning 12 12 2022 everything was ALL GOOD AGAIN So take all the negative comments that you will see below with a pinch of salt I have always had a quick positive response from both of these companies and would like to publicly THANK THEM FOR GREAT PRODUCT AND SERVICE

I ve no problem with doorbell works fine charges excellently when I signed up it stated about subscription even though year is set at 2022 it s actually 2021 but does not go that far back

It s been great I have powered door bell and have had no issues Do Aiwit supply peephole door camera as this would be so much better

These reviews are not the best however I haven t had a bit of trouble at all I can t afford a ring doorbell and this give me the security I want to be able to see and hear a doorbell instead of missing someone at the door

I have had the doorbell camera for about a year now and the reviews I ve seen does not equal what I have experienced I have two types of cameras of course the Aiwit and a Wyze I have to say that I like the Aiwit camera a lot better The night vision on the Wyze don t even come close to the Aiwit The camera is not grainy and shows clear In a matter of fact I also purchased the solar powered camera and it s working just fine too Both cameras stop working for a few hours one day but I m guessing the app was updating or something That has been the only problem I ve had for a year The app is really easy to navigate
