Had this device now for 6 months up

Had this device now for 6 months up until a few months ago saw they wanted payment for cloud you can only going back a few days to check my husband rang me today couldn t even view doorbell camera asking for cloud payment very poor advertising never mentioned anything about this when purchasing product what a rip off absolutely a daylight robbery changing to someone else don t Be fooled

My camera just all of a sudden stop

My camera just all of a sudden stop recording motion and stop notifying me about it If someone rings the bell it will just ring but not record who s at the door I went into the app and moved my sensitivity to the highest level and also expanded the range still nothing I walked in front of the camera and still nothing I m sick of this and I can t get a hold of customer service for some reason I just renewed in November Btw the camera is on It works fine when I want to view the current happening now video but to record no luck

If I could rate this a zero I would Had no problems with this doorbell for a year until I bought that subscription 29 99 Now my camera going offline every other day Was able to just reconnect but now it won t do anything No customer service to call for help but u can pay for help thru another company smh And if i decided to buy another Aiwit camera i cant transfer my subscription to that camera This was a total RIP OFF poor judgement on my part should have done some research before spending my hard earned money PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE

My aiwit doorbell has not been working for some time The charging port has broke but my subscription fee has been taken out of my bank a c yesterday I didn t cancel my subscription through Google Can I get a refund

Tried hooking my camera light bulb up

Tried hooking my camera light bulb up for 3 days now It will not enter into pairing mode I have separated my Wi-Fi and name each one like it says to do and it still will not pair up It is a piece of crap and you cannot talk to anybody to help you unless you have to pay their money and I ll be damned if I m going to do that 50 down the drain Do not buy this product or anything related to it

Useless bit of equipment

Like many others have said it just suddenly stopped working recording overnight I have had it for 7 days even though I charged the battery to 100 it is now on 67 does this mean I have to dismount it every fortnight to charge it The annual payment for the app is due at the end of January I will be cancelling that payment and sending it back to amazon Interesting also with all these reviews there is not 1 word of response from the company says it all really

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless Doorbell is linked to app installed on a phone that is broken and I have no access to I have spent weeks trying to get in touch with this crap company but NOTHING AT ALL Video doorbell wasnt the best but when I have just paid 30 00 for year subscription Id rather use Looks like its going in the bin now

It s not HD quality

They claim the camera quality is HD lol far from it Day or night the camera quality is average like a early 2000 s Motorola camera phone lol and when you zoom it gets worse Also why do we have to pay to view any recordings To download that s understandable but to view we are forced to subscribe No thanks the doorbell is terrible The only good thing about it is the chime

Rubbish service

They have billed me twice for the subscription and have refused to refund me They are now ignoring my emails I wouldn t mind but the doorbell video camera isn t actually very good there s a delay when telling me that someone is at the door Avoid this brand at all costs

Didn t have to pay to view recordings before

Hi Can anyone tell me about the solar powered external security camera- whether you now have to pay to view recordings I m sure when I installed it over 3 years ago it was completely free I think even a year ago I was able to freely view the recordings and so bought a further 3 units -still unopened btw and am sure this is what Aiwit customer service told me also hence buying the extra units Also I have never managed to see a person on the recording that has set off the motion detection -it s as if it records minutes after the sensor activation What is the customer service email contact details
