Disappointed

I had my door bell Camara for a few years now it was working so great that I decided to purchase another on Now all of a sudden something that is supposed to be free now have to pay a subscription free just to see your videos If something had to happen at my home I don t have anything to show the relevant authority Disappointed customer

Got this doorbell via eBay from company trading as Excursy2021 original said lifetime FREE cloud storage After update am being asked to pay for cloud storage total con misselling At the very least trading standards should be looking into this firm Dear customer I m sorry to bring you a bad experience We can understand your feelings and want to bring you a good experience but because of cloud storage we also need to spend money to buy from the service provider so I hope you also understand us

Too slow

Same as what other people have said It has taken between 5 and 25 minutes to hear somebody ringing my doorbell so of course they have long gone The supplied ringer works better but even if I open the app after hearing the separate ringer it takes so long to bring up the video on the app that it is faster to walk to the door and look through the spy glass Update in case it helps others Things seem to be a bit better if you never close the app or immediately re-open it after using close all to tidy up the screen

Never again

I ve had aiwit doorbell camera for almost a year At first the cloud storage subscription is suppose to be 18 99 for a year Then i realized they were charging me that amount every three months So i canceled the subscription and installed a sd card It s been working great until a couple of days ago Now it won t let me see any videos without buying a cloud subscription I refuse to buy it I was happy with it until this happened I will not purchase another Aiwit name brand camera

Had it about a year and was free then had to subscribe it only records a few seconds the longest is 10 seconds totally useless will not be re newing my subscription

The delay in notifications is

The delay in notifications is ridiculous I have missed deliveries because by the time the doorbell actually rings they are gone Useless for security if I was being burgled I wouldn t know until 20mins later what use is that

I wish the app could speak

I have a video doorbell i have recently been asked to pay for cloud I just delete it and reinstall i can now use it free again Picture and sound is pretty good Quality of device is very goodHappy enough

You get what you pay for

I wish this app could speak with AlexaI purchased two cameras it has a delay with recording time one of my cameras was stolen and I have no footage i how could that be I m paying for cloud storage system for security the system needs to be updated in order for the customer to be happy with your service I brought another and it seems to have the same problem recording please help me better my service

The device has been great still is

When I brought this video doorbell there was no mention of having to pay for the iCloud I did pay but it only keeps the videos for 30 days meaning I have to transfer the videos I need to keep into my photos The battery only seems to last a week regardless of what setting it s on I don t know if you can get a spare battery for this and if so where from It s a good clear video with good two way sound I don t like the way the doorbell rings on the outside as well as inside That to me is very strange To be honest I d have brought a different one if I knew what I know now about it But the old adage you get what you pay for It ll do me for now

The device has been great still is great but all of a sudden I am no longer able to view any of my recordings I thought it was a glitch and realised I ve probs had it a year and wondered if it was defunked Head to check some reviews and answer lays here Wish I had seen this in the Amazon reviews as I wouldn t have purchased Great device but awit you can t be charging daily fees come on A small amount of storage for free would be reasonable
